1. Purpose and scope of application
1.1 These GTC govern the sale of airline tickets via the website www.flyrehla.pro.
1.2 FlyRehla acts as a technical intermediary via the Amadeus GDS system, a trusted booking platform.
1.3 FlyRehla is not an air carrier.
1.4 Any reservation implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Status of FlyRehla
2.1 FlyRehla acts solely as a technical intermediary and booking agent.
2.2 FlyRehla’s role is limited to:
- Searching for and selecting flights
- Issuing electronic tickets via Amadeus
- Communicating reservation information (PNR) to the customer
3. Reservation and Issuance of Tickets
3.1 Reservations are made online via the Amadeus engine.
3.2 After payment, the customer receives a confirmation email with:
- PNR (Passenger Name Record)
- Electronic ticket number
3.3 The customer can use the PNR to manage their booking directly with the airline:
- Changes to personal information
- Addition of baggage or optional services (meals, seats, special services)
- Online check-in
- Other services provided by the airline
4. Prices and Fees
4.1 Prices include all mandatory taxes and surcharges.
4.2 FlyRehla applies a fixed service fee of €3.50 per ticket in addition to the 7% commission.
4.3 Prices are only guaranteed at the time of actual ticket issuance.
5. Payment
5.1 Payment is due immediately upon booking.
5.2 Accepted methods: Credit card. Payment service provider Stripe.
5.3 Transactions are secured via SSL protocol.
- Changes and Cancellations
6.1 Conditions depend exclusively on the airline’s rules.
6.2 In accordance with Article L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to air tickets.
6.3 Consequently, all tickets issued by FlyRehla are considered non-refundable and non-changeable, unless otherwise provided by the airline.
6.4 The customer can manage their booking directly via the PNR.
- No-shows and Refunds
7.1 No ticket refund is due in the event of a no-show, unless otherwise provided by the airline.
7.2 Unused airport taxes may, where applicable, be refunded by the airline.
8. Responsibilities
8.1 FlyRehla is not responsible for the performance of air transportation.
8.2 FlyRehla cannot be held liable for:
- Delays, cancellations, or denied boarding
- Loss of or damage to baggage
- On-board services
- Force majeure events (strikes, natural disasters, government decisions)
8.3 The airline’s liability applies in accordance with international and national regulations.
9. Passenger Rights
9.1 In accordance with Regulation (EC) 261/2004, passengers are entitled to compensation and assistance.
9.2 These rights must be exercised directly with the airline.
10. Protection of Personal Data
10.1 FlyRehla only collects the information necessary for booking and ticketing via Amadeus.
10.2 Data is transmitted to the airline and used in accordance with the GDPR.
10.3 The customer may exercise their rights of access, rectification, and deletion via: bookmanagement@flyrehla.pro.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, interface) is the exclusive property of Meridianis Voyages / FlyRehla.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
13.2 Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Meridianis Voyages head office.
